Targets are set quarterly against the same quarter in the previous year. Eg. If Franks pet shop bought 900kg’s of product in Q1 2023 (Jan,Feb,Mar 2023), then they must buy more than 900kg of product in Q1 2024 (Jan,Feb,Mar 2024). If they buy exactly 900kg of product in Q1 2024, it means you achieved 100% of last years target, which means there was 0% growth.

Pack it high and watch it fly! Our products move quickly, high stock pressure will result in more sales. Your customer ROS should be viewed as an absolute minimum of how much stock should be on the floor.
