We can not have a promotion in every single store every single day.
The point is, that every single store MUST have a promotion from time to time. Have a plan, know your plan, execute your plan!
Promotions can be implemented and negotiated by the KAM, or by yourself. Be creative, think outside of the box!
The chance that someone will try our products increases drastically if there is a promotional activity linked to our products.
If you do not know, ask!
A promotion can be a instant giveaway, a special price, a combo deal, a weekend activation, a hamper giveaway etc etc. Anything that would make it more likely for a customer to try the product or buy more of the product.
Deals are based on the give and take principle! A deal must linked to a customer buying extra volume, giving you additional space, and a linked promotion. Call your coach and strategist and ask for help!
Call your peers, call your coach, call the marketing team, we all have one goal and must be there for each other!
