You must build and maintain relationships with key staff in store. Tip; Its not always the manager or owner!
Staff working on the floor and interacting with consumers are more powerful than you think.
Know the staff names, know their hobbies, know their personalities, birthdays etc.
They must know our products just as well as you do! Give them a reason to be passionate about AVIP.
If you do not know, ask!
All people want to feel valued and appreciated. Buy a staff member a coke…ask them to help you sell, and if they do, give them a cap, give them a water bottle. Simply make them want to sell a bag of Ideal rather than a bag of the competitors product.
